I am just in love with this adorable shaker card that was created by Angeline Choo. Be sure to visit her blog to find out more about her process. I am a huge fan of the shaker card, DT member Maria is always sharing some amazing cards that feature this process. I have yet to try it, but it is on my summer “card bucket list” to things to try. Maybe I will have to share my list.. and see if you think I am missing anything.
“Here’s the fishbowl shaker card I made using the Shaker Cards templates.” It looks like for a small fee you can download the template for the fish tank shaker card. How fun is that!? Way to go The Cutting Cafe!!
The stamp set that Angeline used is our very own Brentwood Owl© line. This is the Brentwood Owl© Lobster and fun with his Under the Sea Friends! I design him back in 2009 and this image was the second one that I ever drew. It was the image that got me inspired to draw him dressed up and having a great time. So to see this set in such amazing cards and scrapbooks makes me soo happy. She uploaded a video of the card in action.. be sure to check it out.
Have you ever tried to make a shaker card? Did you use a template? What magic tips do you have to share?
